Perhaps you only think to call your HVAC technician when something goes wrong, but scheduling maintenance on a regular basis is very important. The last thing you want is for your system to break down completely, causing a huge inconvenience to your employees or your tenants, as well as leaving you with a very expensive bill. Here’s why you should invest in regularly-scheduled commercial HVAC maintenance.

It’s smart to schedule your twice-yearly checks during spring and fall, because your commercial HVAC system will most likely be operating at full capacity during summer and winter, when we experience more extreme temperatures. 

However, your air filters will need changing much more frequently than twice a year. We recommend changing your air filters once a month, especially for larger commercial HVAC systems that stay on 24/7. 

Because there is no one-size-fits-all schedule for commercial HVAC maintenance, the best thing to do is schedule an initial inspection with your HVAC technician and work with them to develop a maintenance schedule.
